Shipping:

We offer fast worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Returns & Refunds:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can always contact us for any return question at lookegarment@gmail.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
