Nerissa is shaped through two labour-intensive processes: hand draping and hand embroidery. Recycled stretch mesh is first arranged into fluid folds across the body, then individually embellished with natural baroque pearls and iridescent pearl fragments.

Because baroque pearls are naturally irregular in shape, surface and lustre, subtle variation is intrinsic to each gown and becomes part of its individual character.

Fabrication: 87% Recycled Nylon, 13% Spandex

The high-stretch mesh follows the body's contours while supporting the movement and dimensional placement of the hand-embroidered embellishment.

CARE

Hand wash in cold water with extreme care.

Do not agitate or wring. Avoid snagging the mesh or pearl embroidery on rough surfaces, sharp jewellery or abrasive accessories. Do not tumble dry and do not iron directly on the pearls or fabric. Store flat or hanging in a garment bag and follow the sewn-in garment care label for final care instructions.
