Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Every garment from Looke Garment undergoes thorough quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Ready-to-Ship Orders:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect your item within 24 hours of delivery.

While we strive to provide a fair and customer-focused shopping experience, returns and refunds are only accepted for items with verified quality issues. For all other circumstances, sales are considered final.

Customized Orders:
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made garments, all customized orders are considered final once production has commenced.

Customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production has been confirmed.

Return Shipping & Fees:
Where a return is approved, customers are responsible for all return-related expenses, including shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, and associated fees.

Original shipping charges, customs clearance fees, duties, and related costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount where applicable.

Refund Processing:
