What are the qualifications required to become a LOOKE GARMENT stockist?
We actively partner with registered brick-and-mortar boutiques, luxury e-commerce platforms, and upscale concept stores that align with our avant-garde, sculptural aesthetic. To activate a wholesale account, you must submit a valid corporate registration, Resale Certificate (for US-based retailers), or VAT/Tax ID (for international retailers). We do not approve applications for third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay) or uncurated dropshipping accounts.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders?
Yes. To maintain the exclusivity of our handcrafted designs, our Opening Order Minimum is $2,500 USD (or a minimum of 10 pieces across any size curve). For subsequent Re-orders, the minimum threshold is reduced to $1,000 USD (or 5 pieces) to allow flexible inventory replenishment.
Given the artisan nature of the hand-crafted designs, what are your production lead times?
Because LOOKE GARMENT operates on a scaled made-to-order model to ensure pristine craftsmanship, standard wholesale production lead times vary from 15 to 30 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance. For large-scale runway collections or peak social/wedding seasons (March–August), lead times may extend to 45 business days. Estimated dispatch dates will be explicitly detailed in your Proforma Invoice (PI).
Can B2B clients request custom sizing or design alterations for wholesale inventory?
Our wholesale range is manufactured based on our standardized international size charts (XS–XL). However, for high-end bridal or VIP red-carpet clients of our stockists, we do offer an exclusive Bespoke Atelier Service for individual pieces at a premium surcharge. Please coordinate directly with your designated B2B Account Manager for specialized custom-tailoring requests.
What are your accepted payment methods and payment terms?
For all opening accounts, we operate strictly on a 50% Deposit / 50% Before Shipment (Ex-Works) basis. Production commences upon receipt of the 50% initial deposit, and inventory is released once the remaining balance is cleared. We accept Corporate Wire Transfers (T/T), Federal Reserve ACH (USA), SEPA (Europe), and major corporate credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee). We do not offer Net 30/60 terms for first-year retail partners.
How are shipping, duties, and customs compliance handled for international stockists?
All wholesale shipments are shipped under EXW (Ex-Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms from our global distribution hubs. Shipping costs, import duties, customs clearance fees, and localized taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We partner with premium freight forwarders (DHL Express, FedEx Priority, and UPS) to ensure seamless tracking and fully insured transit worldwide.
Do you grant exclusive territorial or geographic rights to retailers?
We highly respect the localized market share of our retail partners. Geographic Exclusivity may be granted for a specific zip code, city, or territory, subject to a formal review. Exclusivity is contingent upon a signed contract detailing Dynamic Annual Volume Commitments (minimum annual spend). Contact our B2B director to analyze your local market feasibility.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
As our garments are produced scaled-to-order, all B2B sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold seasonal inventory. However, we maintain a stringent quality control protocol. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, claims must be submitted in writing via email with photographic evidence within 5 business days of delivery receipt. Approved defective items will be issued a complimentary replacement or an Atelier Credit Memo toward future orders.
