USA DELIVERY INFO
Good news, as a customer of Looke Garment you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm.
All USA orders take approx 3-5 working days. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday 4pm Pacific time to receive by Friday at the latest. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Saturday service.
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands and the Virgin Islands.
Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All our deliveries are handled by FedEx, DHL and UPS.
Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFO
Good news, as a Looke Garment member we can deliver your items Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm.
There is no next day delivery or Saturday service.

MADE-TO-ORDER DELIVERY INFO
For Design-Your-Own orders, we offer different airfreight options to suit your budget or requirement.
We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX and UPS to ship your orders by air freight.
For orders above 100kg/300 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.
Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location and ocean freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
OUR POLICY
We take pride of our Looke Garment items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact info@lookegarment.com prior to sending any return.

INSURANCE
Looke Garment insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your Looke Garment items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
SOME USEFUL TIPS
We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
