We use 100% sustainable fabrics to create every range. Our fabric choices include ECONYL®, Carvico® in Italy, and REPREVE®.
These fabrics are eco-friendly and made from recycled materials, such as fishing nets, industrial plastic, and post-consumer plastic bottles.

How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. This link lets you stay in the loop with real-time updates as your new Looke Garment pieces make their way to you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your purchase as long as the order status allows it. Cancellation is possible until the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer support team at info@lookegarment.com to request a cancellation.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your purchase is complete, you cannot delete or change items. If needed, you can request an order cancellation, and our customer support team will assist you in creating a new order. Please note that all our items are made to order, once production starts, the order can't be canceled or changed.
How fast is your delivery?
Our standard free shipping takes 7-15 days after dispatch, depending on the destination country or region. Express shipping takes 3-6 days after dispatch. If you need it faster, you can choose express shipping at checkout.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Items purchased through lookegarment.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or within 30 days of delivery if opting for store credit.
Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges are not available. Please submit a return request and place the new order in the meantime.
When will I receive my refund?
Item must be received back at Looke within 14 days of delivery for a refund, or within 30 days of delivery if opting for store credit. Returns received after the applicable return window will not be refunded or credited.
Please allow up to 5 days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.
